This pivotal moment led her to return to Georgia to pursue a degree in mortuary science at Gupton-Jones College, graduating in 2013. Following her education, she returned to New York to complete her residency, where she has accumulated over ten years of experience in various roles within the industry.
Ashlee has worked in tissue and organ transplant services and has experience assisting with autopsies alongside a private pathologist. She further enhanced her knowledge and commitment to quality care by earning a BA in Health Care Management from Ottawa University.

She collaborates with funeral professionals to ensure the respectful handling of human remains, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to compassionate service. A native of Queens, NY, Christopher Duane Knight has dedicated over eighteen years to the funeral service industry. His journey began at Allen AME Christian School and continued through Elmont Memorial High School, where he developed a strong foundation in community service and hospitality. These values have made him a respected figure within the funeral business, collaborating with numerous funeral homes and services, extending his reach beyond the New York Tri-State area.
Currently serving as the Livery Manager at A D Mort, Christopher plays a vital role in ensuring the respectful and efficient transportation of loved ones, contributing to the company’s commitment to compassionate service. He is also enrolled in the Mortuary Science Program at Nassau Community College, with plans to pursue his residency, board examinations, and licensure, further solidifying his dedication to the profession.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Christopher is an active member of the Union Baptist Church in Hempstead, NY, where he serves as a Minister under Reverend Dr. Sedgwick Easley and contributes to the Security Ministry. His dedication to youth and community service is evident through his nine years of involvement with the Maggie B. Greene Youth and Young Adult Department of the Eastern Baptist Association, where he has held leadership roles, including Vice-President of Nassau County.
Residing in Queens, NY, Christopher is also a proud father to two wonderful children, Christopher Duane Knight, Jr. and Ariana Marie Knight. His guiding principle in life is encapsulated in his favorite song, “For The Rest of My Life I’ll Serve The Lord,” which resonates deeply in his heart, mind, body, and soul. Christopher’s greatest desire is to be a faithful servant, both in his professional endeavors and personal life.
